            The RaRa Foundation holds a very special place in Mrs. Anderson-Living's heart! It was originally formed by her brother, Rick Anderson, in the year 2000 as a mentorship program for young men of color. Fathers and Father Figures would share knowledge and wisdom with their sons and other young men from different states. RaRa's name is a combination of Rick Anderson's name with that of his son, Randwahr Anderson. Since then, RaRa has expanded our vision to focus on providing supplemental education services to youth ages three to adults. 

            Mrs. Irma Anderson-Living is a native Houstonian from the community of Acres Home.  She is a proud mother of two and an adoring grandmother to one granddaughter.  She attended Sam Houston University before transferring to the University of Houston to major in Accounting, earning her Bachelor of Business Administration degree. She worked as an accountant for Shell Oil for more than 14 years on both a contract and permanent basis. She then made the decision to pursue her passion for the field of Education. She served as a substitute teacher, tutor, co-teacher, GED teacher, and private teacher for several school districts, in addition to the RaRa Foundation and Houston Community College. She ultimately chose to continue her education and earned her Master's in Education from Concordia University with a focus in Curriculum and Instruction. 

            In addition to her work with RaRa, Mrs. Irma Anderson-Living serves as Educational Director at First Fruits Christian Center. and the Board of the CEB Scholarship Committee on the team of Educational Development.
